As a member of the government programs leadership team, Jennifer is focused on building trust and brand loyalty with consumers, as well as understanding and tailoring products and communications to meet customer’s needs. Jennifer has responsibility for leading critical initiatives in support of optimizing the Medicare product’s overall competitive position, specifically through business development, member experience, quality scores, aligned provider relationships, and program financial performance. She also directs marketing, communication, brand management and member engagement for both Medicare and Medicaid programs.
She has more than 12 years’ experience encompassing strategic planning and analysis, branding, cross-functional team management and development, media planning, public relations, and marketing communications. Jennifer is passionate about strengthening brand promise through traditional, high-touch approaches coupled with scalable, multi-modal technologies to deliver better outcomes, provide value to customers, and improve operational efficiencies. Since 2010, when Jennifer joined PacificSource Health Plans, the government programs book of business has grown from 39,500 to over 106,500 members. Jennifer and her husband Jeff, who is a social studies teacher, live in Bend, Oregon and love spending time outdoors with their two sons Hudson and Mason.
