Karen has devoted her career understanding and listening to consumers/customers. Her entrepreneurial spirit and passion has led her to CareSource where she leads Consumer Experience.
Karen was hired to establish the Consumer Experience Department in June 2013. At CareSource, Karen has brought her expertise to help the organization achieve consumer centricity through purposeful leadership, brand promise, consumer understanding and employee engagement. Karen’s focus is on building the Consumer Experience foundation to drive meaningful engagement and consumer insights to learn as well as drive continuous improvement.
Karen has a track record of thought leadership and high performance leadership. She came to CareSource from the Geehan Group where she led the Executive Sponsor Program Practice as well as ran other executive engagement programs focusing on the “out-side in” thinking to fortune 500 companies. Karen has over 20 years of sales leadership, general management, and sales strategy experience working for LexisNexis, Misys Healthcare, SARCOM and Reynolds & Reynolds. She has extensive industry experience in healthcare, high-tech and on-line business and legal research.
