Nicole Mowad-Nassar is the Vice President of External Partnerships at Takeda Pharmaceuticals. Nicole’s commercial expertise extends across multiple key areas, including sales, marketing, operations, and analytics. She leverages her broad understanding of pharmaceuticals, traditional business development, and technology to pinpoint opportunities to improve patients experiences and resolve clinical challenges.
Prior to her current role, Nicole Mowad-Nassar was the Vice President of Marketing for Takeda, where she headed all U.S. product marketing for General Medicine and Specialty, as well as marketing operations, forecasting, payer analytics, and market research. Some of her therapeutic areas of responsibility included gastroenterology, diabetes, obesity, gout, and depression.
Prior to joining Takeda, Nicole served as Divisional Vice President and General Manager, U.S. Primary Care Sales and Marketing with Abbott Laboratories (now AbbVie). Nicole also held a variety of commercial leadership positions at TAP Pharmaceuticals, a former joint venture between Takeda and Abbott.
Nicole Mowad-Nassar is a graduate of the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where she received her Master of Business Administration. She earned her B.A. in Economics from Bucknell University.
