Raquel Aragón is counsel in the Intellectual Property practice group at Nixon Peabody and focuses her practice on technology transactions. Raquel handles various technology agreements for digital health companies and health systems to develop effective intellectual property protection and growth strategies. Raquel counsels clients on a variety of agreements, including licensing, development, information technology and outsourcing agreements. She also drafts and negotiates content licensing, content distribution, marketing, privacy and website agreements. Raquel regularly works alongside Nixon Peabody’s health law and life sciences teams to provide specialized advice to consumers and producers of health information technology.
