Tara Pham


olio_headshotTara is founder and CEO of CTY, an urban data company whose flagship product, Numina, is a sensor system that collects real-time insights from streets to make cities more responsive. Individually and with CTY, Tara has led city-scale technology projects with the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation, John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation, Code for America, Living Cities, Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, Clinton Foundation, and others. Prior to civic tech, Tara had previously worked in public health/urban design research, music media, and arts administration. She is also a Next City Vanguard, Contemporary Art Museum St. Louis board member, and an organizer of Sloup, a monthly soup dinner that crowdfunds grassroots creative projects, one bowl of soup at a time.
