Previously the executive editor of WIRED, these days Thomas is keeping busy with Iodine, which uses data from clinical research and real life experiences to help users make sense of their medications and interactions. His new book is The Remedy: Robert Koch, Arthur Conan Doyle, and the Quest to Cure Tuberculosis. His previous book, The Decision Tree was widely hailed as offering a new vision for health care in the United States.
