Health 2.0 Marketing, Registration, Customer Service & Sales Manager

Know and love the Health 2.0 conference? Want to work with the team
to help make the magic happen? We’re looking for a strong marketing,
registration and sales manager to do customer service and support the
business & financial development of the whole operation.

This is a full time
position working directly with the Co-Founders of Health 2.0, LLC, Indu
Subaiya & Matthew Holt.

Most
of the infrastructure to perform these tasks is already in place. We
need someone to come on board, use these tools to their fullest
potential and help us take the business side of the conference to the
next level.

You will:

1) Manage Attendee Registration

  • Run online registration management  (keeping track at a granular level & making sure our automated system is working)
  • Liaise with book-keeper on invoices & registration for conferences
  • Customer service for registration questions (including answering voice-mail)
  • Run marketing for registration–including managing outbound email campaigns
  • Run the online Health 2.0 Network (the online network for attendees) including communicating with attendees by email
  • Oversee all registration related collateral (e.g. badges & Tent Cards)
  • Manage on-site registration at conference (in conjunction with Event Manager)

2) Manage the Sponsorship/Exhibitor Marketing & Sales Process

  • Sales process management (Highrise CRM)
  • Outbound sales emails & calls — talking to prospects and sponsors,
    and coordinate role of Indu & Matthew in this process
  • Marketing strategy for sponsors & marketing targets spreadsheet (e.g sales targets by sector)
  • Inventory creation (creating what Platinum/Silver/Gold sponsors receive)
  • Sales sheet creation & communication
  • Web site sponsor information (essentially putting “what sponors can buy” on the web site
  • Liaise with exhibitor managemer on site at conference
  • Overall, the incumbent will work very closely with the co-Founders to make the sponsors’ experience excellent

3) General Marketing

  • Pursue and manage marketing email & media partnerships
  • In charge of web updates to Health2con website
  • Be the voice of Health 2.0 on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn
  • Run the Health 2.0 Blog
  • Coordinate with Press and outbound PR

4)  Help with basic small office administration (supplies/mail
sorting/dog walking). This role will be shared with everyone else (we
need a team player!)

We’re possibly flexible for the right person but the likely skills and experience we’re looking for would include:

BA in Marketing, Business, or related field
interest & knowledge
in Healthcare
1-3 years experience in sales/business/customer contact
Strong desire to learn & make a difference
Outgoing &
detailed-oriented personality

Please note we are NOT looking for an experienced healthcare professional with 10+ years experience
