Ron Gutman’s Model for Behavior Change
All of us know what we need to do to lead healthy lives; eat right, exercise, get enough sleep, etc… but we are not doing it. Instead of cooking a meal at home, we pick up fast food, instead of getting eight hours of sleep, we only get five. Ron Gutman, founder of HealthTap, addressed this issue during the Behavior Change, Health 2.0 and The Unmentionables session, at the Health 2.0 Fall, Conference in San Francisco, October 7-8, 2010. He talks about behavior modification in a way that solves something that we know we want to do.
