Health System Chief Clinical Officer Fortini: Redirecting Patients from the ER to their PCP

Robert Fortini is chief clinical officer of Bon Secours Medical Group, a health system with several hospitals throughout the eastern United States. Its hospitals across Virginia are “eyeballs deep” in their preparations for Accountable Care Organizations, which is part of the reason they began using Phytel population health management technology.
