San Diego Regional Health Information Exchange, a federally funded health information exchange, is now San Diego Health Connect, a community-supported not-for-profit organization. Scripps Health and Sharp HealthCare, along with other health care providers participants, will fund the exchange.

WellTok, a social health engagement company, acquired IncentOne, a provider of incentive solutions, to create a Health Optimization Platform for population health management. It will match consumers to activities designed to improve their health and provide rewards for positive behaviors.
