Attention: Calling All Health IT Startup Companies!
The New York eHealth Collaborative is looking for applicants for their next New York Digital Health Accelerator (NYDHA) class. This program, run by the New York eHealth Collaborative and the Partnership Fund for New York City, is an initiative intended to develop growth-stage digital health companies on the forefront of creating cutting edge technology for health care, notably in the areas of care coordination, patient engagement, predictive analytics and workflow management.
The five-month program is an opportunity for tech companies to get gain access to and receive mentorship from senior-level executives at more than a dozen of New York State’s leading health care provider organizations. The program also gives $100,000 to the accepted tech companies. Think it can’t get better?
The Accelerator program will be aligned with the $840 million investment in New York to transition into Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and then connect these EHRs across the state via the Statewide Health Information Network of New York (SHIN-NY).
This means that companies accepted into this program will not only receive $100,000 up front, the chance to get feedback from trusted industry professionals, as well as connections to the leading efforts to develop a state-run health information exchange network.
Moral of the story: get your applications in today for the New York Digital Health Accelerator, because really, why not? Deadline is 4/11. Learn more about this opportunity at digitalhealthaccelerator.com and don’t miss out!
