Ashley Koff is an internationally renowned registered dietician who is on a mission to help people get healthy by bringing quality eating into every home. With television appearances, print and online contributions, a new book and as an assistant faculty member at the Continuum Center for Health and Healing at the Beth Israel Medical Center in New York, Koff’s goal is to educate the public on being a Qualitarian. Koff’s “Qualitarian” philosophy is founded on choosing to eat the highest quality food available.
Cate Shanahan MD:
Dr. Cate Shanahan is a board certified Family Physician. She practiced in Hawaii for ten years where she studied ethnobotany and her healthiest patient’s culinary habits. Dr. Cate works at Queen of the Valley Medical Associates in Napa, CA where she has the privilege of being able to bring
the old-fashioned country doctor ideals from rural Kauai to a modern medical practice an hour from San Francisco. She is the author of Deep Nutrition, and Food Rules: A Doctor’s Guide to Healthy Eating
Nate Miyaki is a fitness author, athlete, and coach, and is an advisor to various fitness start-ups and corporate wellness programs in the Bay Area. He is the author of The Fat Loss Consultant: Functional Fat Loss Plans For Busy Professionals and The Samurai Diet: The Science & Strategy of Winning the Fat Loss War. Nate combines Evolutionary Nutrition Theory with modern Sports Nutrition science to take a healthy approach to physique or performance enhancement. His work has appeared in Men’s Health, LIVESTRONG, T-Nation, and Bodybuilding.com.
Catherine is a model and the founder of Weelicious.com, a resource for fast, easy, healthy recipes for kids and families.
Robin Friedlander MD:
Robin Friedlander MD is an integrative physician practicing in New York City. She marries the best of yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, nutrition science, and western medicine to help people get to the root of their imbalances and find optimum health. Robin graduated from Columbia University’s medical school and trained in internal medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital. She is the author of HealthUncensored.com, where her passion is waking people up to their own potential for healthy, radiant living. Robin is also currently a senior producer at Health 2.0 and heads up the Body 2.0 expo
