Mark is an American author, inventor, and designer who helped develop the third dot-com (well.com). He has founded three companies, designed artificial intelligence applications at some of the world’s top research labs. He leads the vision at Geppetto Avatars, a natural language avatar platform for health care, by inventing new methods of computer-human interaction, and designing the hearts and minds of highly social robots.
